We are seeking an experienced Pediatric CVOR Surgical Tech to join our specialized surgical team. This role requires expertise in pediatric cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) procedures, assisting in high-acuity pediatric cardiac surgeries. Key Responsibilities

✅ Assist surgeons in pediatric cardiovascular surgeries, ensuring sterile technique and proper equipment handling.
✅ Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment for CVOR procedures.
✅ Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other surgical team members.
✅ Ensure strict adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols.
✅ Maintain accurate surgical counts, documentation, and procedural compliance.

Requirements

✔ Experience: 2+ years of RECENT Pediatric CVOR Surgical Tech experience required.
✔ Certifications: BLS (Required).
✔ Pediatric Experience: Must have previous experience working in a pediatric surgical setting.
✔ Skills: Strong knowledge of CVOR instrumentation, procedures, and sterile field maintenance.
